Project Manager

As Project Manager, I take charge of coordinating and implementing projects, following the training needs necessary for company resources, intervening at an organizational level, according to the best practices required.

In projects involving the use of external resources, I am able to intervene to identify suppliers and share project requirements with them. Integrate activities with internal processes to achieve the expected results on time, budget.
